A small quality-of-life tweak: make your shell prompt shine with a
golden Bitcoin symbol, enable color output for ls, and nudge the
defaults so the terminal is easier on the eyes. Purely cosmetic, but
it takes two minutes and you'll appreciate it every time you log
back in.
